Wedding Packages
The Park Ensemble
Say I do in our Gazebo with a 30 minute ceremony before leading your guests to “The Park” for a 3 hour reception. Inside a 60’ x 120’ structure tent located behind the main house, complete with white drape and chandeliers, 20 tables and 20 poly tablecloths, a 16’x 20’ stage or dance floor, and par can uplights. 200 white resin chairs are provided between the ceremony & reception.
Also included: Day of Coordination, Ceremony Rehearsal (on the Thursday before your Wedding Day), use of the upstairs Bridal Suites (four hours, for the Bridal party only). You also have the option of scheduling time with your photographer on the grounds of the Victorian for a 2 hr Bridal Portrait Session. Just added: Husband and Wife first meal. We work with your caterer to deliver your first meal in privacy.
Four hours of set-up time before your Wedding and 1 hour of breakdown time afterward are also included.

Octavia's Garden Ensemble
Marry the love of your life during a 30 minute ceremony in the beautifully landscaped Octavia’s Garden. Celebrate afterward during a 2 hour reception for you and a maximum of 75 guests in the house, deck and garden.
At your disposal are 75 white resin chairs, as well as 10 tables and 10 poly tablecloths for the reception.
Also included: 2-hour photo session, day of Coordination, Ceremony Rehearsal (on the Thursday before your Wedding Day), use of the upstairs Bridal Suites (two hours, for the Bridal party only).
Two hours of set-up time before your Wedding and 1 hour of breakdown time afterward are also included.
Sundays only. Must end by 4pm.

If you need a place to say your I'dos only, then you may consider our beautiful Gazebo or our inside Parlor. You will receive a rehearsal (on the Thursday before your wedding day),

All packages include glassware, ice, and mixers. Children 9 and under and bride and groom receive complimentary beverages.
Whichever package is chosen, client will receive packages listed above it. Packages include 1 complementary staff/bartender.
1 staff/bartender person per 75 guests is required. Additional staff/bartender cost is $25/hour with a 5 hour minimum. Cash bar service is available
with a $150 set up fee per bar. If only a cash bar is chosen, client must also purchase the non alcoholic package. Bar service will not begin until
conclusion of the ceremony or the start of the reception unless otherwise approved. Beverage package cost is due 30 days before event. If an additional
hour is purchased for an event, $2 per person is added to the beverage package chosen. Beverage packages are guaranteed not to run out during the event.
Client is guaranteed drinks for the number of guests throughout the event. Any beverages remaining at the conclusion of an event are the property of The Victorian.
