the Victorian Plantation Main House
The main house is comprised of two floors of rooms and galleries, covering approximately 7500 square feet of interior space. The entire house is adorned with pristine vintage hardwood floors, vintage crystal chandeliers and an eclectic private art collection (which can be hidden for more discerning tastes). Entrance to the Victorian house is through porches on both front and side, each with a grand staircase.
The first floor has three main galleries that can be divided by hidden pocket doors. A rear service area contains a work/prep room and an on-site kitchen. All first floor rooms are equipped with internet both wired and wireless internet connections, a zoned intercom/p.a. system, and plenty of electrical outlets. A complete surveillance system monitors all meeting spaces and exterior areas to ensure complete security. The second floor is complete with four lavishly furnished bedrooms and a bridal suite, available for private buyouts. This floor also has a "back of the house" service area and rear service staircase.
the Rear Deck
Unique to this house is an extremely large rear deck, buttressed on two sides by beautiful porches. Looking away from the house, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding gardens and historic live oaks. The deck has its own well appointed bathroom and plenty of electrical outlets for lighting and entertainment.
